梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維護方便等特點。
